HAIR CUTS, COLOR AND BLENDING
There are a few key elements to getting the most out of your visits with me.
One of the most important things to me is open and honest communication. I want you to feel empowered and comfortable enough to tell me exactly what you want for your hair. Let’s get it right the first time around.
I offer a customizable experience in the salon. There’s nothing worse than wanting a little quiet “me time” in the chair but feeling obligated to conversation. The day prior to your appointment, you’ll receive a form from me asking your preferences for everything from hair specifics to what you’d like to drink (wine? coffee? sparkling water?) - to what kind of vibe you’re looking for. No obligation for salon chatter here. But also, if you’re feeling chatty? I’m your girl.
1-Hour Cut
A customized haircut designed to fit your individual style and preferences - hair length can range anywhere from detailed and short to long (past shoulders). Service includes a wash, scalp massage, wet cut, blow dry and detailing on dry hair.
45-Minute Cut
Please only book this if I have instructed you to do so. Book this if you like a “clipper cut” with scissors on top. Can also apply to cuts that do not require as much time and detailing.
All-Over Color
You want all-over coverage from roots to ends with the single color of your choice.
You want your gray completely covered. This is a single, permanent color applied to your “regrowth” only.
Root Touch Up
Partial Highlight
You want to be blonde around the top of your head and sides of your face. This is foiled weaves or slices to brighten you up. (Starting price is for one color. Any additional colors or “lowlights” will be charged as an extra bowl.)

Full Highlight
You want a more organic, natural-looking, brighter color. This look replicates how the sun lightens your hair - with the color being darker at the roots and gradually becoming lighter towards the ends. It’s a very blended look. Please note, this takes 4 hours with a haircut, so please allocate enough time for this service.
Balayage
You aren’t ready to fully commit to being gray, but you don’t want to highlight your hair. I apply a color that will give your gray a different tone - 2 to 3 shades lighter than your natural color. There will be no “line of demarcation” like a permanent color. I recommend this service if it’s your first time blending gray hair.

This is a mixture of highlights and lowlights to help blend the gray. You prefer to be on the lighter side, but you also don't want to just be “blonde.”
Cancellation Policy
I understand that things can come up. I value your time and hope you value mine too. If you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify me no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify in time will incur a cancellation fee. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book an appointment. Any appointment not canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time falls under my cancellation policy protocol. You will be charged 50% to your card on file of what the scheduled services were valued. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please communicate them before committing to an appointment.
/ No Show Policy
A "no show" is considered canceling the day of your appointment or not showing up. In the event that you cancel the day of your appointment or do not show up, 100% of the service will be charged.

All guests' payment methods are safely and securely stored on file using my online booking system, Vagaro.
/ Service Adjustment Policy
Your satisfaction is the highest priority. If you are not entirely content, please let me know during or within seven days after your service has been performed. I am committed to making any needed corrections as long as it falls within the services discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. I will be pleased to accommodate you free of charge in most circumstances. For said complimentary service to be done, this request must be made within seven days of your initial appointment.
/ Product Return Policy
At your next scheduled appointment, you may return a very lightly used product you have purchased from me. Make sure to reach out to me with your concerns as soon as possible after using the product.
